Volunteers:

Special Thanks go out to Cindy Elshaw, who has given many many hours of her valuable time to help out around the farm. She has helped with haying, cleaning poo, grooming, and has ridden a couple of our charges.  She even helped me plant my garden!  :)  She has also been great company!  Thanks so much, Cindy!

Thanks so much to Meredith and Kim, two wonderful volunteers, and everyone else who has sacrificed their valuable time to help us out. YOU have given us what nobody else could have given, a piece of your life and for that we send hugs and appreciation!

Special thanks to Dan Myshrall and Kristin Schilling of Generic Equivalent Karaoke in Pittston, Maine for donating their services for our Open Farm in June 2007.  You ROCK!  Thanks also to Ashley Gallant of Double A Tack Shop in Holden, Maine for spending the day here giving mini-lessons to the youngsters enjoying the pony rides at our Open Farm and for also giving that wonderful saddle fitting demonstration. I learned a bunch myself!

Thanks to Mallory for spending several hours with us diligently scrubbing buckets and helping out. You worked so hard and we just can't thank you enough!

Thanks to Karen Lamoreau for taking pics during the Open Farm when I just couldn't take on one more job.  Hugs!

Thanks to Robin Lundstrom for her willingness to help out organizing a clinic.

In Memory of Buddy Tracy:
Linwood "Buddy" Tracy, married to our special friend Elsie Tracy, loved horses. He and Elsie shared lots of great memories riding at shows and enjoying their time together with their four-legged family members.  Buddy passed on from this world on March 4, 2008 but lives on in the hearts of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, Elsie had asked that friends donate to our rescue because Buddy was such a horse lover and because she believes in us.  We are unbelievably honored and humbled by her graciousness in this difficult time.  Thank you Elsie. And God Bless you, dear sweet lady.
