Spirit of Hope Farm began as a horse rescue in 2006. Because of our interest in the humane care of horses, we have branched out to also include the humane production of food animals as an alternative to factory farmed cruelty. Our cows, pigs, and goats are raised with attention to good husbandry practices. Our animals are never abused or neglected, cruelly confined, or left in dirty, dark barns. Even transport to the butcher is done with an eye to comfort of the animals.
